First Day of School Information

We are excited to welcome our students and families to Yahad Preparatory Academy for the first day of school!

Families are welcome to walk their child onto campus and help them settle in for the start of the year. Campus opens at 7:30 AM for early morning drop-off.

At 8:30 AM, we will begin the school day together with the Pledge of Allegiance and Hatikvah. Following the morning gathering, students will line up with their teachers and head to their classrooms.

Parents are welcome to accompany their child to the classroom and stay until 9:00 AM as students get settled and comfortable in their new learning environment.

Dismissal and carpool will begin at 3:05 PM. During the first few days of school, dismissal may take a little longer than usual as we learn families, vehicles, and routines. We kindly ask for your patience as we safely call students and escort them to their cars.

For the safety and security of all students:

• Please follow all carpool procedures and staff directions.

• Display your family carpool sticker clearly on your dashboard.

• Remain in the designated pick-up areas unless otherwise directed by staff.
